The vendor technicians are still on site working on the affected fibres. A disconnect has been found on multiple backhaul connections affecting the services.

VUMAtel Pretoria Fibre Outage

Vumatel has a network outage affecting Centurion, Monument Park, Moreleta & Samcor, affected clients will experience limited to no connectivity. Vumatel engineers are working on resolving this issue as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Received info that Vumatel completed repairs and are monitoring effects.
